How to request account deletion
Send us an email and our compliance team will process your request in line with our data protection policy.

Send an email
To app@xota.co.uk with the subject line “Account Deletion Request”.

Include the following information
- Your username or email address associated with your Xota account
- Your full name
- A clear statement that you wish to delete your account and all associated data

Confirmation and processing
Our compliance team will confirm your request and process the deletion within 14 days. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your account and data have been deleted.
What will be deleted
When you request account deletion, we will permanently remove:
- Your user account and login credentials
- All personal information associated with your account
- Your profile data and preferences
- All tasks, bookings, and schedules associated with your account
- Any other data directly linked to your account
Important information
Please note: Some data may need to be retained for legal or business purposes, such as:
- Financial records required for accounting purposes
- Data required to comply with legal obligations
- Historical records that are part of company-level data (if you are part of an organisation)
However, any personally identifiable information will be anonymised where possible.
